Look at recent news of the USA. Shits getting very fascist. I suspect they are doing phone-checkpoints like some other authoritarian countries are already doing.

I’d recommend having a bunch of decoy stuff, you know, non-political stuff, on the main profile, and have your anti-government activities on the second profile. This way, if you see cops following you, you can delete the second profile (I hope you have frequent backups btw), then if the cops ask to see your phone, you could show them your totally innocent main profile.
(not saying you should show them your phone, but it is an option if you wanna, say, cross a border)

Just use wired. Wireless is a proof-of-concept technology that is just worse.
Like… image if wifi required you to put your phone directly on top of the router… and it’s much slower… might as well just use the ethernet.

Lol, its not a secret. “Prominent” means that they are already known. Twitch Streamers, News Anchors, people who literally show their face.

Oh yea, it seems like Motorola also doesn’t have it the last time I checked. Samsung still has it. Not sure why, but I’m guessing it has to do with Pixel not having an SD card slot, so Google stopped developing those part of the code and its OEMs to keep those code maintained.
