I found this channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GULvtVCe-I and I’m going to post the screenshots below. The video has links in the description which prove the screenshots are genuine. For clarification, the 20 year old knew the 14 year old was 14 prior to these comments being made.
T, the person with the green avatar and geometric name, says that the pedophile allegation is slander, because people can’t speak for another person’s intentions and people are interpreting those comments the wrong way.
I’m trying to get an unbiased judgment of these comments here. is there any other way those comments T posted could be interpreted?

That there is more to the context than what you see (not to mention it happened years ago with any amends that needed to be made having been made, the kind of thing pictures wouldn’t show) and that the person you initially were responding to who is trying to spread around the claims “about Triagonal” has been a part of an ongoing harassment/stalking/slandering campaign against the people they’re referring to, which is what I was alluding to.
The last two pictures portray things that took place in response to other things. The other person in the first one only got upset because she was recommending something far more NSFW and someone missed a beat when a second thing was suggested which didn’t have any inherently non-platonic-related undertones. Same with the picture after it. Everyone was throwing loose answers out there in response to a joke thread about an art phenomenon, and there was only one pairing not taken up.
The first picture’s vagueness aside, it’s amazing anyone takes someone’s word for plain grey text on a plain white backdrop that portrays something you’d expect to be impossible if the individual doing it is banned from that place for whatever reason they got banned for. It’s the equivalent of accusing someone of writing their own name on a bathroom wall when the accused person has been dead for a month. Is gullibility just the modus operandi for fediverse revolutionaries?

No, she (an adult) is weirdly obsessed with a boy (a MINOR) 6 years younger than him. This is effing disgusting and I can’t interpret it any other way. Her wanting to be shipped (which is typically a ROMANTIC pairing) with this boy coupled with wanting to go on a double date with him (“dates” can technically be platonic but not in this context) is weird and definitely romantic.

What she is requesting is sexual depictions of a minor. Depending on how it’s drawn that is probably illegal in the US.
She could request anything, but she requests a sexual depictions of a minor, even though she probably knows that it’s most likely illegal.
If it’s unethical, there’s room for argument I guess. But this goes further, and usually if something violates a law, in most cases we’re past the ethical debate and straight into criminal prosecution territory.

Funny you mention legality. The person the OP is slandering (as in it’s not true enough to be considerable), was actually taken to court and acquitted in all instances, because the people trying to target her with slander fall apart under due process. She wasn’t depicting anything NSFW about minors, she just used wording that missed a beat.

Mind me asking which other way these comments could be interpreted? You seem insistent enough on this topic that you’ve spammed the thread.
Three reasons for that.
- Slander under law does not require it to be a lie.
- It is a lie. The context is different in both instances. Anyone who sees the whole thread knows.
- The channel you link to is known for being transphobic and not caring as long as it calls out people it doesn’t like as pedos, because that’s what it is, a slander channel.
