Israel uprooted 10,000 olive trees in al-Mughayyir during a three-day siege of the West Bank Palestinian village. The Israeli army stated that uprooting the trees was intended to “deter” village residents and make them “pay a heavy price.”
At some point, the world community needs to just fucking take Israel out entirely. The entire organization is a blight on humanity. Dismantle that government. Try the leaders and the soldiers who participated in the genocide. Execute those convicted (like all Nazis deserve). Establish an interim governing body, directly run by some international coalition. Seize all private land and start a return process. Don’t stop until everyone has been returned or compensated and is living peacefully together. Arrest, try and punish anyone doing reprisals. Introduce democratic systems as things start to settle down. Then get the fuck out and never start this shit again.
I interpret that as different than what you originally said, where you were specifically addressing components of government.
Not that I believe any government, or object, or concept has any inherent “right” to anything.
But dismantling a society is fundamentally different than dismantling a government.
The only correlary I can think of is truth and reconciliation in SA. But in some ways what Israel has done, both historically and recently, is far worse than apartheid SA.

Then we need to talk about the fact that the current Israeli government is, largely, an extension of Israeli society.
I’m suggesting that we dismantle Israeli society, like, entirely.
