eh, its not that bad nowadays if you arent doing anything fancy. could be better, could be worse.
ill still favor AMD on linux, but nvidia users can use linux now without that much friction. exception is maybe optimus laptops.

i dont use sms a lot, so i dont have a good rec here. i just need one that can block the spam, and any will do for me.
you can start by replacing the apps you already use. don’t need to overwhelm yourself and do it all at once.
replacing chrome for firefox is a good place to start. or using aurora and fdroid instead of google play. or heliboard instead of google board. start small.
it will depend on what you are using and how. some things are hard to replace, some has multiple better alternatives.
luckily, this is the one industry you can boycott them AND still get the product anyway 🏴☠️

350 bucks for a device that does no processing.by itself?
a lot of crumbling empires seem to show this (and other) signs.

graphene and lineage
every few months, every few days, or every other day. depends on device.
updating every few months or so is good enough for most people. alternative, open source software wont really come with garbage anyway, so no big deal.
what do you mean? the third world will rejoice with the fall of the us.
are you one of those libs unaware of the violence and death you sponsor in the world?
you spend so much with your military for a reason.
i’m happy and hopeful for the first time in a long time.
we might actually stand a chance 🥲
ill use this opportunity to say windows is shit.
after getting used to linux, its hard to go back.
they are building nvk. it seems, in typical fashion for them, they are letting the community do it. we are already using the open kernel driver and it works well, and the community is also working on reimplementing it properly.
seems like things will indeed fall into place in a not too distant time.
i’m also not having issues beyond the stutter just yet. in any case, looking forward to get my radeon back from the repair shop.
