From a few good men: “Unit, core, god, country”.

Pretty certain that any leader of the marine core will be required to wear the Trump pin, and the new loyalty mandate becomes: Unit, Trump, core, god, country.

If I understand cults correctly, the Orange One would have to come absolutely first. Before ‘unit’.

Unit will always come first, because you die if you cannot rely on direct brotherhood/unit/fellow fighter, and the Corps/Trump orders will never pay attention to details directly related to your survival.

Sad it’s coming to this, but the flag pin was at one point or another leading to this kind of stuff. I wish this would have just led to bigger and bigger pins to show that people are more patriotic than their opponent.

Nationalism leads to cult of personality. Cult of personality leads to… ah shit I can’t remember. Fashion I think?

The rise of conspicuous nationalism - and I’m intentionally calling it nationalism, not patriotism - in the US had been a disgusting thing to witness over the last 2.5 decades, as a resident.

Even as a kid I hated nationalism

To me I only saw it as a blind following. My parents disagreed of course

Now I’m older and I realize my parents are idiots when it comes to this and low key Trump supporters

Arm bands are a pain in the ass, always slipping down.

They should get a Swastika tattooed on their foreheads, so they don’t have to worry about it. Then we’ll all know who the real die-hard supporters are.

I couldn’t find any sources but I recall Biden forgot to wear an American flag pin and right wing media lost it.

Just the fact that I saw this, and it surprised me not at all, is a huge red flag. I totally understand that it’s been (at least mostly) disproven, and it was likely just one asshat in his cabinet doing it for the sake of making sure their nose was lodged just as far as humanly possible into Trump’s ass.

I would, just once, like to see something like this and be able to assume it’s from the onion. Instead, every time I see something like this, I have to check, because as ridiculous as it is, it’s well within the new standard for POTUS.

I’m a little surprised he had his jowls and pig cheeks so aptly cast and I’m not surprised in the least every Republican will throw their American flags in whatever trash can he points to to suck his weird mushroom dick while wearing his ugly fucking face.

Hey is a clinical narcissist. He does not have an objective sense of reality when it comes to himself. He genuinely thinks he is a strong athletic intimidating and beautiful person (jowls and all). He thinks he can out swim a female olympic swimmer, that he is smarter than PhD’s and MD’s, and that he has more political prowess than anyone in history. When he says he is the greatest president, the greatest golfer, the greatest… whatever… in history, he is not exaggerating for emphasis. He is deluded and actually believes it.

What an ugly pin design. Luckily, I got a better one:

Round pin with red and blue edges, three white stars on top, three white stars on the bottom, the words “FUCK TRUMP” written in the middle.
