Funny, when I was younger I thought it would be amazing.
Now that I’m older, I realize why old folks are always grumpy. Everything really does get a little worse every year. Now imagine multiplying that decline by a few hundred years. Yuck. Example: you’ve got this amazing Ghoul trained to play the harpsichord perfectly, but then he goes off and gets himself killed. Now you have to… what the fuck is a Spotify?
need an historical comedy about a vampire who takes centuries long naps, and he has to get used to the new times every time.
who tf is that Gilgamesh everyone is talking about, why is this copper so shitty???
What, Jesus came back from the dead? when I do it mobs try to stab me.
Lestat waking up in the 80s was pretty cool.
Although old people with open minds (and deep purses) do often have a blast. Trying new things all the time, having tine to tinker with it. And as vamp, you will still be able to learn at nornal speed.
Mate this made me lol good one
In a heartbeat. I’m not super afraid of mortality, but it would be really cool to see where humanity goes in a century or 10.
Plus, I’m sure I can find an ethical means to source blood, so the primary downsides are never going out during the day (I already can’t much of the year) and possibly getting killed by a vampire hunter (I’m already going to die anyways lol).
Absolutely not. I would do nothing that gave me immortality.
Pros: looking amazing, super strength, live for ages with eternal youth. Cons: have to drink blood, other vampires are mean
For me the pros don’t outweigh the cons. So I’ll pass
I’d take that deal in 2-seconds flat. I don’t want to die and want to see what the world is like in 100, 200, 500 years from now.
