With stakes like these, being stupid and trying to do something you know you’ll fail at helps nobody, and actually hurts whatever cause you would have eventually joined. When the things I am good at are needed to topple a tyrant, I’ll answer the call. I can’t help if I’m dead or locked up. I’m not a person that can get a movement off the ground and inspire enough people to join and act in a coordinated fashion that it actually succeeds. Very, very few people are capable of that. That’s why we are where we are right now.
Fascists were super happy when they fomented riots and tried to assassinate the other guy, but they were super disappointed when they lost and started getting their people and propaganda removed from government.
