Plutus, Haskell, Nix, Purescript, Swift/Kotlin. laser-focused on FP: formality, purity, and totality; repulsed by pragmatic, unsafe, “move fast and break things” approaches

  • If we were morally consistent, it wouldn’t involve us AT ALL.

We actively supported and even bankrolled Israel to commit 100 hundred times worse war crimes to Palestinians. If it was about morality or being on the side of “good”, why are we on opposite sides of both conflicts? The answer: follow the money. If it profits MIC, the Democrats and their (either unwitting or not) astroturfers will push for it. The Republicans have always been warhawks but now even the left wing is all about extrajudicial killing of citizens if it means PROFIT.

We send HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS to Ukraine for a literally unwinnable proxy war while huge chunks of our population is dying from preventable illnesses due to private healthcare that even the “leftists” in Congress pretend to be helpless on.

What happened to isolationism? I’ll answer that. It’s not profitable for the people actually running the government.

  • I used a completely random link from a list of a hundred of them. If you won’t read that one, search it yourself if you want to read a different source reporting these objective facts. I’m not here to cater to your random requests.

The very definition of Imperialism (which a lot of world users/admins engage in constantly) is being duped into pushing harder for World War III against Russia and China than you could ever muster to defend 50,000 innocent people being genocided using your tax money.

No matter what, regardless of morality, if it means more military spending, neolibs and centrist DNC dupes will conveniently support it.
