lol. I have a 50 inch flat screen on my desk. You can get used to anything. Though my desk is almost a meter deep and the screen sits right on the edge.

It’s not just dismantling of education. It’s the corporate creep into the education system from companies like Microsoft, Google and Apple. They want people get locked into their systems. So they start them young. Instead of learning basic os agnostic computer skills, kids at school are locked into cloud dependent apps.

Collaboration as in what? Programmers use version control or use an IDE with collaborative coding tools like Jetbrains. That stuff is OS agnostic. If you mean office work Google and Infomaniak provide similar tools as Office365.
Most offices really don’t need Microsoft. They just are stuck in their habits. And MS has a better sales team.

And no the shoulder buttons or the stick clicks are not exactly the same and the d-pad as non-move buttons sucks because you have to release the left stick. I want more buttons to assign items to like in Ocarina of Time. Like Echoes of Wisdom could have used a few extra buttons to assign echoes to.
Exactly this. Teachers can basically spot the kids who didn’t go to pre-school or day care before kindergarten and spend most of their days with one of their parents. A good daycare will basically help give your kids a head start in their development.

Of course they mean their own personal mortgage. The mortgage of the property they rent out is already covered by the tenant.
Isn’t it also because going out nowadays is expensive as hell especially if you live in a big city. Young people working part time aren’t going to waste one month’s salary on one night out. And just hanging outside in public sharing a beer will make a nosy boomer call the cops on you for loitering. So the younger generations have learned how to have fun at home without booze.
