But then GTA3 was already the natural progression for the series. It’s not that different than the 2D GTA games in terms of design… the technology just wasn’t there yet to build it out in 3D until that point. I’m sure they were already in process of developing the game before seeing Shenmue and it would have turned out very similar had that game never existed.

He traps human souls in matter, while the true, transcendent God remains distant and unknowable. Some gnostics see the serpent as the good guy for encouraging Adam and Eve to eat the fruit of knowledge and free humanity from the ignorance of Yaldabaoth, the blind fool god, very much like Morpheus in The Matrix (which adapts all kinds of ideas from Gnosticism).

Seriously. Regardless of platform, when you have to do something advanced you just Google it and follow the instructions or ask AI.

They use it for basic everyday stuff like web browsing? I installed Linux on my mom’s aging laptop that she just used to sell stuff on eBay, browse, listen to music, back up photos, etc. Linux glides with ease on the machine when Windows slogged and she was able to understand the OS fine. Users today don’t really have to touch the command line at all unless they are doing something advanced. The GUI is just as easy to understand as Windows.
