So the premise is supposed to be “don’t use phone” is supposed to magically turn into “healthy relationship with technology”? Yeah that doesn’t make sense on a fundamental level.

Try applying that logic elsewhere. Having an rocky relationship with your spouse? Just stop talking to them and it will be fixed. Genius solutions, or perhaps it’s not anything more than an excuse to control teens painted as something else
