Just following up on many of the comments that ask, are you allowing enough rest/recovery? … I have a Garmin watch that gives a training status that I find a good indicator of whether my exercise is benefiting me or not. If my “load” is the same or going up and my “fitness” is going down it’s a good indicator that I’m not getting enough rest or that my current exercise has plateaued. I find it a good prompt to rethink what I’m doing.
And while I’m not disagreeing with this, it is also ok to check in with yourself and notice “ok, I have uncomfortable feelings” but then ask the question “Am I in danger?”. We all get uncomfortable some times but we’d never do anything new if we always stop ourselves just because we’re uncomfortable. The trick is learning the difference between good/safe uncomfortable and bad/dangerous uncomfortable, and to learn that you need to practice being with your feelings. Read up about exposure therapy.
Strongly agree with the suggestion to wait. The consensus is that pot is not good for the developing brain.

Mullvad servers have been targeted by YouTube. I’ve found consistent access with Freetube requires multi-hop using rented servers.
Depends in the VPN. I’m having to use multi-hop now with Freetube but with that turned on it is working consistently for me again.
I was a Guardian subscriber for a while until I looked at their “partners” that they were sharing my data with through the app.
