Cambodia. Genuinely the nicest, and most helpful, people I have ever encountered all throughout the country. I was told about their general friendliness before, but was blown away by actually seeing it firsthand.

I think he taught there in the mid to late ‘50s, too. I know one of my grandparents’ friends has fond memories of attending his classes. He actually picked up a second major in history due to his influence, apparently. He would’ve attended somewhere between '55 and '60, I’m guessing.
