That’s a good point I used to see him all the time and chatted with him some.

I’m just speculating but maybe they (scammers) filled out a fraudulent activity form on the Apple site on behalf of the victim and then called before an Apple rep did.

I feel lucky to be in the position I am, especially given my sketchy past and shaky start to life and I can’t stress that enough to others who may see this.
