It’s a stretch, and not Capitalism, but arguably the primitive agrarian societies were the first to have an exploited worker class.

Yes, it had bad consequences, but it’s as I said, a highly experimental prototype, it exploding was certainly undesired, but also certainly not unexpected.

Not to defend musk, he’s a complete shitbag, but the “rockets exploding” argument is stupid, it’s always prototypes, or after the main mission is complete, which at worse makes them the same as every other rocket.

Brazil did much worse slavery, but the racism is “softer”, there was a moment when 80% of the population was enslaved black/mixed people (indigenous were mostly just genocided away).
Because most people are mixed, the racism here today is just on looks instead of ancestry, and AFAIK less violent.
