  • Damn… this explains a lot… I even remember how good I felt when cutting sugar and knowing that its an issue.

    But either I reremember and will forget to repeat the mistake, or got added good knowledge to help understand how my concentration works (which fluctuates between depressed and tired the entire day, medium good and then I have days where I literally had fun and could easily understand a hard topic at learning for the University)


  • Just dont use Instagram. Thats one of the reasons why I was so satisfied after deleting my account on that platform. It very often showed me content that literally triggered my OCD or something in that direction.

    There is no off button or stop button. They decide what your brain will emotionally experience against your will. Except you leave but thats hard for dopamine short circuits which Instagram causes, similar to drugs like cocaine. No difference actually.
