surely the real loophole is just to rip the video to a torrent and endlessly seed it, then you’ll never die
The curse transfers if you record the video and make someone else watch it. It doesn’t transfer back like in It Follows. You just have to show it to someone who is on hospice. They will die horribly, but they were going to die anyway.
I think that was basically the plot of one of the sequels, rings, but I never watched it so idk.
