The title reads very negatively towards Europe.

I have an alternative one: “Even the poorest Europeans live as long as the wealthiest Americans”.

That’s a feature not a bug

Which Americans? Whose wealth? Most of us are poor.

The solution is of course to gut public healthcare. Oh and collecting statistics will be illegal soon too.
