    It’s still a questionable ruling. The judge said that the flag is a “Jewish flag”. It’s not.

      Yeah, I agree. But the article linked failed to cite any part of the ruling which would make it a crime to burn the flag. In fact, discrimination itself is not a crime until it involves some kind of business relationship.

      I shouldn’t have to download and read the whole ruling to see if the claim made in the article is supported. If they’re going to quote the judge, they should take quotes that substantiate their conclusion.
