    You can go in with the best intentions, but people will find a way to abuse it for malicious purposes.

    That you should require full information who your users are using something like a bank platform as an identity check, or be prepared to be sued when they use it anonymously.

    Have a lawyer on call. You will have people abusing it so you will likely get requests from law enforcement to give data over, you will have people sending you takedown notices (legit and fake), people trying to hack it to spread malware.
