What’s the context with the stonk value thingy? Why is Satan inc arrow pointing down?

I’m normally a fan of Chapo Trap House but they had a couple guys on on their Monday show who were very dismal about Ukraine’s prospects and I was thinking “Russia is a fucking hollowed empire, how are you saying they have an advantage here?”

Glad I was reminded that Russia initially said they would be in and out of there in three days.
