This opinion piece reads so much like an Onion article that I had to share it. What makes it sad is there are probably MAGA who really feel like this and the whole article is a depressing commentary on what’s currently happening to our nation.

I’d LOVE if they actually put a 5c fee on all stock transactions. Would put a damper on HFT really fuckin’ quick.
The US administration did disband/downsize (who can tell anymore since they’re being illegally secret about government doings) the agency who develops the annual GDP numbers. In the future it will all be made up numbers to suit their immediate goals.
